Mark J. Dorn - CPA

Bachelor of Science in Accounting

Mark has been practicing public accounting since 1986. He is a graduate of St. John's University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He grew up on a farm where he learned that hard work and honest sweat are the building blocks of a person's character and believes a man's greatest possession is his dignity. Mark brings these values to his practice as a public accountant and treats every one of his clients with respect & understanding while providing timely, confidential and professional service.

Jolene Sobiech –  CPA

Jolene has been a member of our staff since 2016.  She is a member of Minnesota Association of Public Accountants.

Her responsibilities include:     

  • Preparing financial compilations
  • Preparing Corporate and Individual tax returns
  • QuickBooks Consulting
  • Processing Live and After-the-Fact Payrolls
  • Processing Quarterly & Year-end payroll reports

 

She has extensive QuickBooks knowledge and experience.

Randy Dorn – Staff Accountant

Randy has been preparing tax returns since 1993. 

His responsibilities include:

  • Individual tax preparation
  • Small business tax preparation including daycare & construction
  • Annual 1099 preparation and filing
  • Annual Property tax preparation and filing

 

Randy has been a wrestling coach for Tech High School for 13 years and is an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Deb Ahrens– Receptionist/Office Assistant

Deb has been a member of our staff since 2005.  She handles many areas of the company administration.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Answering all phone calls
  • Scheduling all appointments
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining & ordering office supplies & equipment
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Preparing sales tax returns
  • Preparing property tax returns
